Test procedure: The power bank was used indoors for two weeks. After each phone charge, the power bank was placed facing south in the sun. We discovered that it charges very slowly. We connected it outdoors for a week. After each charge, the power bank was placed outside in the sun. The same result: even in direct sunlight, it didn't fully charge.
Result: FAIL
